Reassure customers
Give owners a simple way to see how their pet is doing during their stay.
For boarding kennels
Give owners a simple way to check in on their pet while keeping customer camera access private, temporary and under your control.

A better customer experience
Leaving a dog in boarding can be an emotional moment for an owner. Giving them a simple way to check in can add reassurance to the experience without relying entirely on phone calls, messages or staff updates.

Stand out from other kennels
Offer a customer experience that goes beyond traditional boarding.

Reduce reassurance enquiries
Give customers another way to check in without relying entirely on calls, messages or staff updates.
Built around the stay
KennelCam is designed around information your team already understands: the customer, their pet, their accommodation and their stay. Create the customer access, and the viewing period follows the stay.

A valuable customer extra
Some kennels may simply want to give owners greater peace of mind. Others may choose to make camera viewing part of a premium boarding experience or offer it as an optional extra.
KennelCam is being designed so you decide how customer viewing fits your service.

Make camera access part of the boarding experience for selected stays or services.
Optional paid extra
Give customers the choice to add camera access to their pet’s stay.

Garden Suite
✓ Assigned camera only
Bella’s customer sees only the camera assigned to her stay.
You stay in control
Offering customer camera access shouldn’t mean giving customers access to your wider CCTV system. KennelCam is designed so the kennel remains in control of what each customer can view and for how long.
Assigned camera only
The customer sees only the camera associated with their stay.
Temporary access
Viewing access is tied to the permitted stay period.
Revoke when required
Kennel staff can end customer access early when necessary.
Private customer access
The customer receives their own viewing access rather than access to the kennel’s CCTV system.
Fitting your operation
Kennels don’t all use the same booking software, cameras or accommodation structure. We’d first understand how your kennel currently operates and scope how KennelCam could fit around it.
Your booking system
Understand how customers, pets, stays and accommodation are currently managed.
Your accommodation
Establish how your rooms, suites or runs relate to the cameras customers could view.
Your existing cameras
Review the current camera setup and what would be required to provide suitable customer viewing.
KennelCam isn’t about replacing systems unnecessarily. It’s about adding the customer-access experience around the way your kennel already works.
Where we’re heading
KennelCam is being designed to work with booking-led kennel workflows. Where a kennel’s booking platform supports a suitable integration, stay and accommodation information could be used to reduce manual setup and access management.
Every kennel works differently.
Booking platforms and kennel workflows vary, so any integration would need to be assessed and scoped around the kennel and the capabilities of the platform involved.
Less repeated data entry. Less manual access management.

The customer experience
For the kennel, the value isn’t just providing a camera. It’s being able to offer customers a simple, reassuring experience that feels like part of their pet’s stay.
A better arrival conversation
Let customers know they have a simple way to check in during their pet’s stay.
Simple for customers
They open a simple live view in their browser, with no app to install and no CCTV system to learn.
Part of your service
Customer viewing can feel like part of the kennel experience rather than separate security technology.
The customer sees their pet’s view. Your team keeps control of the wider kennel camera setup.
Questions, answered
No. KennelCam is intended to add a controlled customer-access experience around suitable existing camera and video infrastructure, rather than replace the role of your CCTV system.
No. The intended workflow associates the camera with the accommodation. Staff select the pet’s accommodation when creating the stay and access, rather than manually finding and entering a camera each time.
No. Customer access is intended to show only the camera associated with that customer’s stay and accommodation, rather than giving them access to the wider CCTV system.
Yes. Kennel staff remain in control of customer access and can revoke it when required.
Potentially. A kennel could make customer viewing part of a premium boarding experience or offer it as an optional extra. The current Founding Pilot working price is £5 per booked kennel night, calculated from local check-in and checkout dates with the departure day not charged separately.
Potentially. KennelCam is being designed with booking-led workflows in mind. Where a booking platform supports a suitable integration, we can explore using stay and accommodation information to reduce manual setup and access management. Because booking systems and kennel workflows vary, this would need to be assessed and scoped for the kennel and platform involved.
Customer viewing access is designed to be temporary and tied to the permitted stay period, so access ends rather than becoming a permanent account.
Potentially. KennelCam is being developed and tested with real camera hardware and cloud-connected video infrastructure. Existing setups vary, so we’d first need to understand your cameras and current CCTV setup rather than claim universal compatibility.
Founding Pilot
The six-week Founding Pilot is designed to validate technical operation, kennel workflow and customer demand. Standard scope is up to eight rooms or cameras, subject to site suitability.
Installation, cabling and site-specific infrastructure are assessed and quoted separately for each kennel. Any supplied pilot equipment remains KennelCam property, subject to the final agreement.
