These terms govern browsing and using the Website, including submitting an enquiry. They do not govern the KennelCam live-view service, a Founding Pilot, equipment supply, installation work or any customer access service.

Those services, if offered, are subject to separate written terms, an accepted Order and any applicable data-processing arrangements. Nothing on the Website is an offer to provide a service, equipment, installation, a pilot, or a particular price.

3. Website information and enquiries

We aim to keep Website information accurate and up to date. It is, however, general information about KennelCam and may change. It is not professional, technical, legal, financial or other advice on which you should rely.

Service suitability depends on matters including site assessment, compatible equipment, network conditions, installation requirements and the terms agreed for a particular site. Features, availability, equipment, pricing, installation contributions and pilot arrangements are not confirmed until we agree them in writing in an accepted Order.

Submitting an enquiry, booking a conversation or receiving information from us does not create a contract, reserve capacity, approve a site, or guarantee a pilot, price, installation date or service availability.
