This notice explains how KENNELCAM UK LTD (“KennelCam”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit kennels.cam, contact us, or enquire about KennelCam.

This notice applies to the KennelCam website and business enquiries. It does not describe the separate privacy arrangements for the KennelCam live-view service, which will be published before that service is made available to pet owners.

  • approximate number of cameras;
  • the contents of your message; and

Website use

When you use the website, our security and performance providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser/device information and request information, to protect and deliver the website.

Marketing updates

If you choose to receive occasional KennelCam news and tips, we will process your name and email address, your consent record and marketing preferences. We use a double opt-in process: you will only be added to our marketing list after confirming your email address.

3. How and why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess whether KennelCam may be suitable for your business and manage our prospective business relationship. We do this because it is in our legitimate interests to operate and develop our business and respond to enquiries.
